3. Quotes, Pricing, & Date Reservations

  • Inquiries Do Not Bind Availability: Submitting an online quote request, availability check, or contact form through the Site does not guarantee or reserve your event date.

  • Definitive Pricing: While we strive to display accurate pricing and package descriptions on our Site, final rates are subject to customization based on your venue location, event duration, audio/visual add-ons, and date. Your event date is only officially locked in upon the receipt of a signed Performance Contract and the payment of your non-refundable booking deposit.

  • Typographical Errors: In the event that a package price or promotion is mistakenly listed incorrectly on the Site, we reserve the right to correct the error and adjust or refuse inquiries based on the incorrect information.

4. Performance Requirements & Event Logistics

While these online Terms govern your website usage, your actual event performance is strictly dictated by your individual Performance Contract. However, as a baseline for digital planning, you acknowledge that professional entertainment execution relies on the following on-site conditions:

  • Power Supply: The venue or client must provide a dedicated, stable, and safe power source near the designated DJ setup location.

  • Shelter: For outdoor weddings and events, adequate overhead shelter (such as a tent or covered pavilion) must be provided to shield expensive sound, mixing, and lighting equipment from direct sunlight, wind, and precipitation.

  • Timeline Adjustments: Any digital song requests or timeline milestones submitted through our online tools must be finalized by the deadline specified in your contract (typically 14 to 30 days prior to the event) to ensure smooth performance execution.

5. Third-Party Links & Integrations

Our Site may feature links to external platforms, such as client planning software, music databases (e.g., Spotify or Apple Music API integrations), or recommended local event vendors (planners, photographers, venues).
